Altered 4th of July Dress
Here are photos of the dress from before and after I jazzed it up. I'm really happy with how cute it turned out, and my daughter wanted to wear it today! I told her she can wear it on Saturday! HAHA! Please feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think! I apologize for the before photo- it was taken with my phone. Have a happy 4th of July weekend!

Summer Mini Album
I cheated a bit on this album- but added a ton of extras for my partner to add as many pictures as possible, and a few tags for journaling. I bought this album as a kit from Michaels- the brand being Me and My Big Ideas. Lotsa cute embellies to make this mini shine!
Please leave some love, and let me know what you think! What do you like? What do you dislike? If I am unable to post before the end of the week, I wish everyone a blessed and happy 4th of July weekend!

Patriotic Stick Pins
Today's post is also for the Red, White, and Blue Swap I was in. I made my partner some very patriotic stick pins that she can use to decorate anything- including scrapbook pages! I really hope she likes them! She might get her package today!

Patriotic Altered item
Here is another "surprise" I made for my partner. I made something she can use to decorate her home. These used to have bath salts in them. I cleaned them out, and used the same technique I used to decorate my glass ornaments!
I am really happy with how cute they turned out! Please let me know what you think!

I LOVE THE USA
Hello to my followers! I am so sorry I haven't posted in ages! I am still here and incredibly busy! BUT- I am dedicating this weeks postings to the holiday coming up - The Fourth of July. I was in a Red, White, and Blue swap, and thought this would be the perfect week to post the creations I made! :)
Todays post is for "Star Spangled Banner" I made a USA sign in place of an actual banner. I am really happy with how it turned out! Please let me know what you think!

2 Month Baby Girl Layout
Today's post is to show a layout I've done to add to the baby album I am working on for a friend of mine. She was due on Thursday, and the baby hasn't decided to come yet! We are anxiously waiting for Tatum Lynn to shine her face, but she is taking her sweet time!
I used Plantin Schoolbook for the font and numbers, and used 2 different Stampin' Up! Sizzix dies for the butterflies. I found a butterfly stamp to add a bit more butterflies around the layout. I added some bling to a few of the butterflies and some Prima Say it with Pearls to the layout itself. I used a Stampin' Up! tab punch on the photo mat to make the layout unique.
Please let me know what you think! Thanks for looking!

I can only Imagine
This is a wooden box I bought from Michael's and covered with cardstock using modpodge. I sanded the edges, and then I cut the word imagine by welding the letters together on my Gypsy. I used the Songbird cartridge for that, and the swirl was from the Cindy Loo cartridge. I then used some Basic Grey pearls to dress up the box. I adhered a few flowers that were clasped with a brad to finish it off. I put one word ideas in the middle so my partner that received this could use her imagination, or get her mojo going to get creative! I think I might need one of these for myself!

The Great Outdoors
I made a mini album all about the great outdoors. I covered a circle Colorbok mini album in outdoor papers with birch bark, pine cones, and pine trees. I used cuts from the A Child's Year Cricut Cartridge. I used the top note die from Stampin' Up, and some making memories glittered flourishes to make this mini as special as possible. I also added some things I had in my stash, and tried using the Tim Holtz fragments, and was pretty happy with the outcome. I inked all the edges with Staz-On Timber Brown. I made a few extra fold out spots. One is for photos, and one is for a journaling section, and anything else special to be added. I'm sorry for the poor photo of the fold out area for photos. I had some embossed stickers and rub ons on hand to dress this mini album up.
Please do let me know what you think! I am liking this mini, and hoping the recipient likes it too!
