My favorite part of fall is the trees. I love watching the leaves change colors and then falling from the branches. As for halloween I love seeing all the kiddos dressed in their cute little costumes.

Dove Sympathy Card

Here is one of the two sympathy cards I made last week. I didnt get a picture of the other one because my camera went missing. I got a new one, and am learning how to use it yet. ON THE UP SIDE- it has HD video- which means... I may start doing a few craft videos!!! Without further ado... my sympathy card- MADE WITH ALL STAMPIN' UP! PRODUCTS!!!

Wedding Card Box

Hello everyone! HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

I just finished a wedding card box for my brothers upcoming wedding. I am pretty happy with the results and am very excited for you all to see the creation! I created 32 paper roses to make this really come together. I hope the soon to be bride and groom will be as happy with the outcome as I am!

The easiest most awesomest flowers!!!

Ok, so lately I've been browsing blogs for new ideas. I stumbled upon an easy tutorial on how to make these adorable flowers. I can't give away what I am using them for yet- but will show the finished project when complete. I took tons of pictures of them, so you could get a really good feel for them!!!

What a weekend!

Hello everyone! I know I normally don't post pictures of my family and such on here, but I have been playing with Google Picasa, and am falling in love with all the techniques you can do with it! Great way to touch up photos and so on! Another plus- IT'S FREE! :) Here is one of my favorites. This is my youngest daughter, Brittany. Have a wonderful week!

This card I made for a good friend of mine! I sure hope she likes it! Happy Birthday Steph!

I used a Stampin Up stamp for the sentiment, and a stamped image that was colored I got from Peachy! Thanks so much hun! :) I distressed the edge of the stamped image, and inked both stamped sentiment and image with timber brown Staz-On ink. I chalked the edges of the base of the card with VersaMagic Chalk ink.

Simple Birthday Card

Here is a simple birthday card that I made for a swap for the Cricut Messageboard. I had to make 10 of them, so I tried keeping it as simple as possible. I heat embossed the cupcake image. Then while it was still hot, I sprinkled iridescent glitter on it (hard to tell in the picture) to add a bit of kick to it. Then I dry embossed the purple with divine swirls cuttlebug folder. I chalked the edges of the dark green background to brighten the card up a bit.

Reminds me of Fall

Here is a card I made using a Whiff of Joy Stamped image. I got this gorgeous girl from my sweet friend Jessica! I can't thank her enough for sending me such adorable images to color! Thanks so much! I figured this could be used for a simple note card, or a thinking of you card. I used the ribbon because it reminded me of cooking- the pattern of the ribbon. I used a paisley background from a few swaps I participated in on the Cricut Messageboard. I chalked the pattern, chalked the edges of the image to tie the two colors together. I really like how it turned out. It reminds me of fall... not sure why... but it does...

Similar Children's Birthday Cards

This stamped image was from a stamped image swap. Cute little monkeys blowing bubbles... I thought, HEY! THIS WOULD BE CA-UTE FOR A CHILD BIRTHDAY CARD! So, I took that idea, and ran with it! I had some bright colored embossed card front panels. Number Collage and Happy Birthday Cuttlebug folders were used on these, along with a Stampin Up! stamp. I used Prismacolor Pencils to color the image, using the gamsol technique. I hope you like them as much as I do! Comments are great to let me know what you think!

Another Christmas Card

Here is another Christmas card that I made with non-traditional colors. This was colored with Prismacolor pencils, using the Gamsol Technique. I brightened up a few spots with doodle dots using the white sakura gel pen. I used a bit of stickles to add some pop, divine swirls embossing folder on the backround, and sheer ribbon as well! Very Merry Card

Here is another card I made to sell at my upcoming craft shows. I really like how this one turned out. This image is a Magnolia Tilda image. I am unsure who I got this image from, because I did get a few images from a few different people. I hope I did them justice on this card! Let me know what you think!

Vintage/ Distressed Mini Album

This mini album was made for my partner Claudia on the Cricut Messageboard. I really am happy with how quickly I was able to make it! I made it in ONE DAY! Can you believe that?! I can't! LOL! I was on a roll, and just kept going! The more and more I look at it, the more and more I like it. I used a ton of different elements, and I hope my partner likes what I made. I used Tim Holtz stamps that my friend Peachy let me borrow. She is such a sweetheart! Thanks so much Peachy!  I used Distress Stickles, several stick pins I am unsure of the name brand. I used ribbon galore- I always fall for sheer. I think it makes projects look nicer and blend much better. I had some tim holtz tattered floral cuts from when I was in branson, along with the flourish on the front. I like how it gave the feel of the book. BEWARE: THERE ARE LOTS OF PICTURES TAKEN!!! There are so many details, and I wanted to catch as many as I could.
