Holiday Chaos

Hello to all of my followers! I am sorry for the lack of posts the last week or so! I will do my best to catch up on all the chaos from the holidays! Anyone have plans for New Year's Eve? This year is the first time in 3 years that we will be able to go out and spend the night out with my brother and his wife. I am pretty excited.

I do have some photos to show of some mini cards I made for my partner in my GIBBS swap. I altered a glue dots box and put all 12 cards inside. I hope you like them!

Pink Christmas Ornament

Hello everyone! HAPPY MONDAY! This week is the week of Christmas! Are you all ready for Christmas? Did you get all your baking and shopping done? I hope to be finished tomorrow. All presents are wrapped so far...
Todays post will show you an ornament I made for my partner Peachy in my GIBBS 5 swap on the Cricut Messageboard. I am unsure on how to explain how to make the ornament- since alot of it was trial and error. I did use Core'dinations, and sanded the cardstock to get a two tone ornament.

Tree Ornament

I used SU papers for this project, and my scalloped circle nestabilities.I have to say this is not my original idea- this came from the Little Blue House Blog. They had a 12 days of ornaments run, and this one was one of my favorites. HERE is where you can find the instructions for this.
I created this ornament for my partner Peachy in the GIBBS 5 swap on the Cricut Messageboard.
Thanks for stopping by! Please let me know what you think! Have a fabulous weekend!

I know I promised a layout this week- but I have been working on getting all of my Christmas cards in the mail! I hope to get all my cards mailed by Saturday. In the mean time, I have purchased some video editing software, and RE-edited my first video. Please tell me what you think!

Noah Banner

This banner I made for my cousins son Noah. I know the pictures aren't the best- but it was late at night- and I had to bring that to him the next morning. The dinosaurs are cut from Create a Critter. I used skittles to add a little pop, and the letters are cut from Storybook (I think) I cut these a few months ago- but finally put them together. The scalloped circles are cut from Nestabilities Large Scallop Circle.

15,000 hits!

Wow! Thanks so much to all my followers! Today I have reached 15,000 hits on my blog! I really appreciate the support! I am going to make a video this week. It will be on a scrapbook layout. I am going to lay off of the swaps I am in, and start focusing on getting caught up on my childrens, and my husbands and my scrapbook. He actually asked me to continue it yesterday. I have about 3 pages done in it! HAHA! I had more fun with the ones for my kids. What is nice- is when they have the same events- I make similar pages- with the same pics. I'm on my oldests 2nd book. The first one is completely full! Stay tuned for a Scrapbooking Video this week!

Hot Cocoa Card Mojo Monday Challenge

This is my entry for the MOJO MONDAY blog! Its a really fun card, and I am in love with it! I hope you all agree! I used a Sugar Nellie Stamped image that my wonderful friend Jessica has stamped forme. I also used the Christmas Cheer cart to create the cute little tree tag. The ribbon is discontinued Stampin Up! I am unsure what the embossing folder used in this background. ENJOY!

Santa Stop Here! Door Hanger DT PROJECT

Hello Everyone! I hope you all are having a fantastic Monday! My children were pretty ecstatic to see all the goodies that St. Nick brought for them! I have to say they got spoiled rotten! I'll include some pictures of them enjoying their goodies! But- my main focus today is about the Santa Stop Here! Door Hanger Design Team Project for Club Ruby Designers! Its a very cute and simple project. You can get the instructions at They have FREE basic memberships! Check out the newest and growing online crafting community!
Below are 4 pictures- 1 of my Design Team Project, and 3 of my children enjoying their goodies from St. Nick.

The reason for the Lucky Charms- we dont have those very often in our household, because my son LOVES to just eat the marshmallows and nothing else! HA HA! So- they got a "treat" with that for breakfast this morning! Please dont be afraid to leave a comment! Just saying "hi" is great too! Have a wonderful week!

Joy Card and VIDEO!!!

Hello Everyone! I am sorry that I have been MIA lately! I have had alot on my plate. My last craft show was November 20th, and was not as great as I expected, but I sold a few items. Can't complain about that! I have been fighting bronchitis, which is now gone- THANKFULLY! I also have been dealing with tooth pain for a few months, and on Friday I had the bugger pulled! THANK GOODNESS! I am really happy that is taken care of! Thanks to my wonderful inlaws, it was my Christmas present! Isn't that great?! One less bill to worry about!

Well, onto the excitement! I have decided to start doing craft videos to show you all how I create. I may not be able to do it every time- but eventually would like to have one post a week with a video. So- without further ado, the video will show you how to create the card below!

Here is the link to the video on YouTube:

Please let me know what you think! :) Have a great day!
